I have a christmas cactus plant, its not growing, its not blooming or growing...what is the problem?

According to the experts, You can force bloom by setting the plant in a coolish (60 to 65 degrees F) location, where the light is low but not absent during the day.

Here is the link to a page of instructions about your plant. Good luck

It will start to bloom around thanksgiving, if not ask again! :-)
Reply:It's a Christmas cactus so it blooms around Christmas time. And unlike these other answers DON"T water it. IT'S A CACTUS PEOPLE, HELLO!!!!!!!!
Reply:It needs light, but not to much. And dont forget to water it a couple times a week.
Reply:It's not the 25th december yet.
Reply:Are you sure your watering it enough?
Reply:Mine has bloomed in December for the last couple of years so you've got a while to wait. The natural rain is about all the water it requires.
