It wierd, but you stressed it by repotting it and it "thought" it might be dying, so to reproduce, it bloomed. To make a Christmas Cactus bloom, leave it in a dark place for a few weeks, keep it watered, then bring it out to the light and it will bloom in a few weeks. Hope this helped!
